You agree not to "hack" the Site and the Features, take any action that may damage the Site or the Features or their security, or interfere with users' use of the Site or the Features. You also agree not to cause or permit a computer or mechanical procedure to access or collect content from the Site or the Features, or to send unsolicited or illegal email, to or through the Site or the Features. You agree not to use or launch an automated system that accesses the Site or the Features in a manner that sends more query requests to AVIDM servers in a given period than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using the Site. You may not decipher the content, unless specifically permitted by AVIDM. You agree not to harvest personally identifiable information, including account names or usernames from the Site or the Features, for commercial solicitation, nor use communication systems for commercial solicitation or spamming. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. We may investigate and work with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users involved in such violations.

Acceptance of the Terms

A separate document, the "Privacy Policy" (the "Policy"), explains how AVIDM processes personal information collected about you during your use of the Site and its Features. By using this site, you implicitly accept this Policy.

Some of the Features available on the Site require registration or subscription. All articles, texts, illustrations, images, photographs, information, sound excerpts, video excerpts, software, and code available on the Site (the "Content"), including how the Content is presented, are protected by Canadian and foreign laws, including copyright laws, and belong to AVIDM, its affiliated companies, its licensors, and/or the person recognized as the content provider.

You agree to comply with all other copyright notices, information, or restrictions on or in the content to which you may access through the Site and/or the Features.

AVIDM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display the Site and/or the Features on your computer or other electronic device solely for single-user screen representation and reproduction purposes, in one copy, for backup or printing, for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided you do not modify the Content and retain the copyright notices.

Unless expressly permitted by AVIDM, it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, retransmit, broadcast, represent, reproduce, network, commercialize, publish, license, publicly perform, download, create derivative works, display on the Internet, sell or exploit the Site, its Content or the Features.

IV. to decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or disassemble the Site or the Features and their components, including, in particular, the software, or to assist anyone in doing so.

Nothing in the Site or the Features shall be construed as conferring on you any right, title, interest, or other license in the software embedded in the Site or the Features or downloadable from the Site, including, in particular, any intellectual property right in the software.

If you have allowed a minor to browse the Site or use the Features, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:
